Genki speaks good English!!?! These Toruymon trios matches were always gold. Like when Toryumon sekigun army won the UWA 6 man when araken pinned genki. And Jason Lee’s work in DG is so good too. Great upload!!!
The thing I love about this match is that it's pretty much an introduction with ongoing storylines for *everyone* the whole way through. Each of the four leaders starting, then the next four being the Power (Shuji/Susumu) Dragon Kid and SUWA acting as a buffer. Then the last three being speed (YOSSINO), Araken/Genki (sneaky) and FUJI rounding it off before the big "okay, time to go brawl for a bit to give us the crowd a break." Susumu and Shuji having their rivalry, starting with the former "outsmarting" the latter. YOSSINO and Dragon Kid being the lightest and fastest. AraKen and Genki being their own brand of sneaky with flash pins or cutting off spots. SUWA trying to copy other people (which Susumu did earlier) and failing. Fuji trying to take part in certain "rhyming" spots and failing, then getting sympathy back from the crowd with the chop contest. Crazy MAX basically saying "You signed up for this, you gotta see it through!" and refusing to tag in to help him. The group submission, suplex and corner-to-corner whip spots. The synchronized sunset flips, dives, and dosey-dos. And all of that is before the ending sprint when people start to get eliminated, where things start to feel the most "normal" All of these things were planned, paced, and worked with TWELVE PEOPLE IN ONE RING. That's just nutty.
Toryumon really doesn't get it's props. Great time in wrestling with great stables and rising stars. I started watching in 2005 and more of this commentaries with the context are really worth it.
One of my favourite moments is this match is at 11:54, when Magnum Tokyo is taking bags from fans to use as weapons. He grabs one, goes "oh, shit, that actually looks expensive" and then gives it back to the fan without using it.
Great memories of this era … even my name is inspired by these guys. Some of the best and most innovative wrestling ever.

I haven't watched Dragon Gate in ages, and I'm so surprised that one of my favs, Genki Horiguchi, is a good english speaker.
